Phone freezes when in family settings everyone I open it. When I close it down and go back to settings the screen goes black and freezes again. I have to close down again, go back to settings, click on family then wait about 10 seconds before going any further then it will work. A frustrating issue which needs looking at

Issue remains even after update 18.3.1.
It seems that many users are affected and it is an importand function for families which doesn‘t work anymore. Any reaction from apple support?
I did that and it worked but only that once. Started freezing up again later that day.

I did the thing where you go to
settings -> search -> screen time
look up person then I could fix it
(PS I couldn’t find an unused name so I typed random letters)
