How can I remove Apple Intellegence from my MacBook Pro?

Without my permission Apple istalled Apple Intellegence on my machine. I updated the machine. The machine was locked up after the first boot. It showed an empty grey window with a "Back" button and a "Continue" button. When I clicked the back button nothing happened. When I clicked the Continue button it installed the Apple Intelligence Beta. This is crazy. What an enormous breach of trust. I dont trust AI and now I dont trust Apple. How do I get this Beta out of my machine? I consider it malware now because it installed itself without my permission. Apple tricked me.

They are forcing me. It's slowing down my machine right now. What's it doing? I dont know. I wasn't allowed to read the email your message generated without opting into it further. My OS is now slathered top to bottom with AI garbage. How would I ever know if it's on or off? Why would I trust the people who just tricked me into istalling beta software to obey an off button?

It's over. How will I ever know if what I'm reading is real or if it's Apple's version rewritten for me? How will I know my text is being sent the way I wrote it and not the way Apple wants it? How are any of us ever going to know what anyone else is saying for sure anymore. This is a serious collapse of human communication and an existential nightmare we will never wake from.
