I know if you didn’t delete TikTok after to got banned you can still use it. I accidentally deleted it and cannot download it again because it’s not in the App Store anymore. Does anyone know when will TikTok come back to the App Store?

Nobody knows. Congress set into law a divestiture requirement from Bytedance to a U.S. company.

2. It's not something Apple can fix; only ByteDance can. Since this is a national security issue, Congress is unlikely to be responsive to pressure.
