How to turn off auto ‘I’m Driving’ texts.

I have a 16 Plus and I have tried everything to get the automated texts to stop sending while driving. I removed driving Focus, but it still continued to send. So I added it back and set it to Off and Start manually. Still no luck! It’s driving me crazy! It’s a privacy issue too- I don’t want everyone to know if I driving or not- it’s non of their business!
