File is used by macOS and cant be open

Hello, Ive searched a lot and I've seen many users complaining about this problem since 2010 or more, so till now there isn't any solution to this??

I have transfered many photos from my iphone to my mac. And somehow it says macOS is still using them, like it seems there are still tranfering, but no they did all transfer at that time.

Has anyone found a solution to this? It must be one.
