Home App will not clear notification badge.

The Home app is showing a notification badge with '1'.

I have gone through (I think) every page in the Home app and don't see any notifications.

I have updated my phone's OS to 18.3.

I have uninstalled, restarted, and reinstalled the application. Immediately upon reinstalling it, the badge appears without even opening the app.

My iPad does not show a notification for the Home App.

My Mac did show the notification but as soon as I opened it, it went away.

In System Settings > Notifications > Home, I can disable Allow Notifications to remove the badge. If I just disable Time Sensitive Notifications, its remains.

In System Settings, when I select Home Notification Settings at the bottom, this will open the Home app to the settings for my home but there is nothing there related to notifications. It seems to be jumping to the Scenes setting. I have Show Suggested Scenes disabled.

(!) Actually, when I enable Show Suggested Scenes and swipe up or down so this setting is no longer on screen, scrolling back to show it shows that the setting has been disabled on its own.

I do have an IKEA hub but it and all the accessories are up to date. The only other device in Home is my Apple TV which is up to date as well.
