My son’s iPhone was stolen. He purchased a new phone but has no other authentication devices to download from icloud for the dual authentication system. How can you work around this?

If he has no other trusted devices, his primary option is to use one of his pre-configured trusted numbers.
If he is a child, this is usually the Family Organizer. If he’s no longer a child, it might still be.
Regardless, clicking “Didn’t Receive Code” will display a partially-redacted list of phone numbers which CAN be used.
