You can check if the line is turned on in settings. Go to Settings -> Cellular and then scroll down a little until you see "Turn On This Line". Make sure this setting is set to ON.
If you don't see this section, you can also tap Add eSIM, and start the process again. It's best as said above, to contact your carrier to help with this issue.
