i uninstalled tiktok and capcut due to the iphone's awful storage and now i can't reinstall them because of the ban that was supposed to be lifted, liars.
i don't even mind that much about tiktok, but capcut is a video editor app, i just lost weeks of work because of the government fake concern about "my security".

But to answer your question ALL ByteDance apps are no longer available in the App Store.
Pursuant to the Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act, apps developed by ByteDance Ltd. and its subsidiaries — including TikTok, CapCut, Lemon8, and others — will no longer be available for download or updates on the App Store for users in the United States starting January 19, 2025.
Just because TikTok now works again does not mean the apps are no longer banned. Both Apple and Google no longer offer them by law. TikTok can only be accessed using a browser.
