ITunes shuffling imported MP3 album tracks on Windows 11

I have imported a few albums on mp3 format, and have meticulously downloaded one track at a time in numerical order, I have made sure in "Song Info" box they are correctly numbered and labelled, yet ITunes shuffles the order regardless, and on most recordings it is not an issue, but, when listening to a soundtrack, running order is important, I have tried re-editing, but randomly get two earlier tracks put at end of running order. Can anyone clafify please? - Running on PC Windows 11
