iPhone dictation not working - fixed

iPhone SE IOS18.2.1 (plus also previous version around End Dec2024) dictation not working in most apps but ok in Voice Memos. Tried reset, keyboard settings, privacy&security>microphone …. and all other documented fixes. FIX - this worked for me : Settings—>Mobile Service—>now toggle Mobile Data off then on

iphone dictation not working Dictation is not working on my iPhone Xr. I've checked all the settings, turned off & on Dictation, Siri, reset the phone. Updated the latest iOS. Still not working.

Dictation not working, I’ve tried everything Dictation stopped working today. It does not work in messaging or other apps but Siri and voice memos does work. I’ve toggled dictation off and on, restarted phone, reset all settings, still doesn’t work.
