So basically I have been trying not to use my phone as much recently but there’s on issue I listen to music off my phone so I’ve been trying to find a replacement for that so I was thinking about buying an old iPod but I’m not sure is an iPod can play music from 2022-2025 please help me thx guys let me know
An old iPod can play music that you have purchased, even from 2025.
However, old iPods cannot make use of Apple Music (the subscription service). This means that music obtained via an Apple Music subscription cannot be added to most old iPods. (I think the last iPod Touch may be able to use Apple Music.)
Make sure that you understand the difference between music that you have purchased and music obtained via an Apple Music subscription. You do not own music provided to you via Apple Music.
