Widget tints not working with third-party apps on iPhone

My widgets and tints do not work together for some reason, whenever use any widget with a tint it does not work unless it’s an app made by apple like weather or calendar but if I try to use spotifys or snapchat widgets it shows a black white image as the widget, they all work without a tint but not with one. Any fixes??
