is There A WaynFixing Recorded Instrument Input after an Incorrect Set Up.

Hi There, let me cut to the chase. I own Logic Pro and i also happen to own a Scarlett focusrite interface with which I record all instruments. I recorded a full song and it took me a week and a half to record, I did not pressed the inst button before I recorded all the tracks, so it all sounds very thin and somewhat lo fi, I can't hear the effects very well , there was a logic to this folly, and that is my bass guitar had an issue with static and when I offed the INST Button, the static vanished... somewhat ,which by the way, I can't still fix, it may be a broken pot, who gives a ****? I was wondering if there is anyway I can fix the sound quality of the recorded tracks, can any one point me a few solutions as to how to fix this issue? I am a bit new to the DAW and I have no experience with anything else.

let me flesh out the previous statement a bit now that I got the introduction out of the way. The song has already all the tracks with its effects, they just sound very far away, It is my understanding that if you do not press the INST button on the Focusrite the sound signal is very weak or something, I guess the more proper question here would be how to I make the signal of the tracks already recorded reach the designated levels that it needs in order to catch that particular tone with the effects it usually gets when you pressed that ****** INST button. Is that even possible, or is this song doomed to be recorded all over again?
