MIDI says D3, output plays C3 on one note in project

Output error on playback in GarageBand project: one note programmed to play D3 is playing C3 on playback.

Please help! Garage band synchronise audio error I've connected sony tv to mac mini to use the TV as display and sound output. However, when I play audio on garage band, I kept getting this error mesage, Error trying to synchronise Midi and audio Sample Rate 48,000 recognized. Check conflict between GarageBand and external device. Please advise what can I do.

Does "musical typing" show the same error? If so, it is a bug in the software instrument and should be reported to Apple.
