myQ app won't exit welcome screen on iPhone 13

Recently myQ on my iPhone would not connect to myQ wall device for garage door opener. I have reset the myQ, but the app will not exit the welcome screen.

I've reset the router; I've deleted and reinstalled the myQ app; I've updated the phone software. The phone connects as the middle green light is turned on the myQ.
