Gif selection issue for posts on X in Safari after macOS Sequoia update

I recently updated my 2021 M1 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar to Sequoia 15.3 and Safari 18.3, and now, for some reason, when I am posting on X.com through Safari, I can open the gif option to add a gif, but once I type in a gif description in the search bar the next window just has colored rectangles instead of the gifs themselves. This did not happen until I upgraded to Sequoia 15.3 and Safari 18.3 two days ago.

I have checked Safari settings to see if changing to "Allow All Auto-Play" fixes it. It doesn't. I have cleared my History Cache, closed Safari, and reopened it. Doesn't fix it. I have shut down my Mac, waited, restarted, reloaded my window and tabs. Doesn't fix it. Could definitely use some help here, or find out if this is a bug that needs a hotfix.

No, no. Either go to Finder and then click on the APP STORE, not applications, and then search GiF keyboard and download it. It will load to your applications, and when you click on it, it will show up at the very top of your screen on the right, next to your battery, wifi, etc., icons. OR, you can click on the apple icon at the top left and click on APP STORE.
