Unity rhythm watch face not showing up after software update on Apple Watch 7. The update was supposed to include Watch 6 and later, please advise.

Had the same issue, did some googling. To add the new face, you have to do it from your watch.
Hold down your current face and then swipe to add a new face, the unity rhythm is there. Hope this helps.
Did you try to tap on your current watch face, then swipe left until you see the icon to add a new watch face and tap on that to see the new Unity Rhythm Watch face?
In the past, not all watch faces have been available in all countries/regions due to local laws, as far as I remember.
What country are you in? As it says in this list of available Watch faces:

not all faces are available in all countries, so that face may not be available in yours. If you tell us what country you're in, someone here may be able to confirm.

In the US
the new faces normally show up in the new watch faces section after the update but it’s not there
Did you buy your watch in the US? If you bought it in one of the countries where these kind of watch faces are not available, you can not download it by changing the region.
