Where can I find the latest available iPhone 11 (iOS 18) driver for pc (Windows10)? Apparently my current driver is from around 2016, but I can't seem to find where to download a newer one. Thanks :)

Getting the Correct Drivers:
A. Add the Phone Back:
Remove this iPhone, and then add it back. Go here: Install the Apple Devices app on Windows - Apple Support
B. IMPORTANT: Restart your iPhone and your PC after the update install.
C. Heads Up: Windows 10 support ends on October 14th. So, you will no longer be getting updates for that version of Windows. Learn More Here: End of Support for Windows 10 - Microsoft Help
Contact your PC manufacturer for support, and check with Microsoft (Windows 10) for any necessary driver updates.
