Recovering Apple Account without Trusted Phone Number

Yes. There are a few ways it may be possible to regain access to the Account:

(1) The email address is generally the Apple ID used for log-in.

You may be able to get a verification code sent to that email address.

You could try resetting the password to the account here: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid

(2) If you have any other devices or computers listed in that Apple Account, you could use one to re-gain access to the Account.

(Eg:) On a Mac:

Choose Apple menu  >

System Settings (or System Preferences),

then click your name (or Apple ID).

Click Password & Security,

then add or remove a trusted phone number

OR:

by getting a verification code to enter from a device itself ...

Once accessed, you can then change the trusted phone number, Eg: Log-in to your account online:

Go to the Account Security section of https://account.apple.com/
