Apple Playlist playing on Amazon Alexa

My Amazon Alexa will no longer play my Apple playlists. I see this is an ongoing problem, but until last December (Dec 2024) I was able play my playlists. It was fiddly and dropped every now and then, but when I deleted and reset the Alexa App it would come back. But now nothing. Alex sees I have an Apple account and will pay the generic mix that seems to be pulling off random songs from my various playlists and other music that is in the same genre, but not my actual playlists.

Has anyone solved this problem?

I have deleted and reset the skills and as I said, Alexa sees I have an Apple music account and can play from it, just can't find my personal playlists.
