How do I get the TV pairing light to blink?
I’m confused as to how to get the light to blink.

What model of TV? iPhones typically use AirPlay to connect to compatible devices. Depending on your TV model you might be able to pair to it like a Bluetooth speaker. Look at the manual for it.
