Location Services are greyed out on my iPhone

my iPhone 16 is not letting me turn on location services. I followed previous instructions to turn off ‘restrictions’ but I don’t have that option.

I solved the problem by turning screen time off, as none of its restrictions apply to my situation. Turning restriction off within Screen Time did nothing. (Nor did any other suggestions--)

Screen Time has been nothing but trouble on my iPhone 15 with everything up to date.

What options do you have in the Screen Time settings? Post a screenshot of what you see after scrolling to the bottom of the page at Settings > Screen Time.
