iPhone screen glitching and Face ID not working post iOS 18.3 update

How exactly is Face ID not working?
Issues After an Update:
Having just installed an update, restart your iPhone. You should always do so after installing an update. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Troubleshooting Face ID:
There are no stand alone updates for Face ID that I am aware of.
Overview these two links:
- If an Alert Says Face ID has been Disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
- If Face ID isn't Working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
Also, Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
- Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
- Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
- Comment: that this all began after installing an update. Include the URL of this thread.
- Proceed from there as necessary
