No "Add to Queue" in Apple Podcasts app

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to setup a queue of podcasts in the Podcasts app, either on my iPhone or my MacBook. There simply is no option "Add to Queue". I cannot find where Play Next is. It is unworkable for me. I use Overcast which lets me easily setup a list of podcasts to play, but I have the MSNBC subscription and would like to setup a queue for those.

Add to Queue for podcasts missing After updating to iOS 18 I don’t see the podcast “Add to Queue” option. Is there something that I need to do?

podcasts plays random shows next Why does the podcast app add random shows to my queue and plays them after I listen to one of my podcasts although I have continuous playback off. This is annoying especially since the shows it chooses are sometimes offensive to me. This was not a problem before I updated to iOS 18.
