Are those AirPods Pro 2 fake ?

While we have no way of determining from here …

… BUT those tamper-evident seals on the box do NOT appear to be genuine.

If you want a genuine product; buy from an Apple-authorized outlet.

If you want cheap; buy a counterfeit from a sketchy online vendor.

Just don’t kid yourself about their authenticity.

There is not a method to 100% prove the legitimacy of the AirPods unless you purchase them from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. The counterfeiters can fake anything you see from the box, packaging, appearance, and even show a serial number that is a copy of a legitimate pair. Some people think you can verify the serial number, but that is simply not the case.

With a fake pair of AirPods, you may find:

• Poor audio
• Poor Bluetooth distance and trouble with connections
• FindMy may not work
• Noise Cancellation may not work
• Apple Care will be denied when attempting service
