While I am opening my App Store it is showing no internet connection but my phone is already connects to inter net
please solve the issue

hi, is your SIM card from JIO? because it is device and network provider specific issue. I contacted Apple Support services and they had multiple complaints from JIO users and this trouble shooting was solved, mine wasn't but try contacting them.
Same issue tried all this but nothing worked check if it works for you :
1) Change Date and Time
2) VPN disable (which I don't have on either devices to begin with)
3) Software Update (yeah did on both devices)
4) checked Server State son both devices it shows everything ok.
5) Restart
6) Change Cellular / Mobile Network configurations : Network Selection, toggled (on and off) Mobile data apps Appstore, Music
7) Tried Privacy Relay on iCloud (which I couldn't find so I toggled on and off iCloud Backup)
8) Screen Time : Content restrictions toggled off and on
9) Sign out and sign in (btw I signed out and still nothing was working)
10) Ofcourse AirPlane mode toggled on and off
11) Lockdown mode on and off
12) Reset Network Settings - twice
