Hair Crack of iPhone Screen

If there is hair crack on the iPhone screen, Is there any way to repair it without replace the screen?

My iPhone 15promax has a 0.6cm rainbow shimmer I’d bought my phone at the 21st December 2024. I noticed that after two months my phone screen appeared a rainbow shimmer its length about 0.6cm. Can I have a chance to change with a new one? Could it harm the display and touch later?
