I would like to fix my iphone that has water damage, but i want to know how much that would cost

Apple will not repair the phone if water damage is detected, so unfortunately you are looking at a new phone.
It is possible that Apple might offer a refurbished phone at a discounted price, so you might want to ask about that possibility.
