Why does Apple Music skipping songs on my Mac running macOS Sequoia

1. Open Apple Music on Mac.
2. Navigate to my playlist.
3. Click Play on song that normally refuses to play.
4. It does not play.

1. Open Apple Music on iPhone.
2. Navigate to m playlist.
3. Click Play on the song that refuses to play on Mac.
4. It plays.

What is going on with the Mac version of Apple Music? This problem only started since updating to MacOS Sequoia, so I'm deducing that Sequoia is the problem -- is this a "known issue" with Sequoia?
