Unable to print from new iPad or iPhone 13 Pro

Can't print to our Epson printer from brand new iPad or from 1 iPhone 13 Pro. The other iPhone 13 Pro can print to the printer and so can the iPhone 16 Plus. When we try to print the printer screen just says "No AirPrint Printers Found." We have tried everything listed in this forum and nothing has worked. Restarted Router, Switch, Printer and devices - nothing. Set WiFi privacy on devices to Off - nothing. Turned off VPN - nothing. Made sure software and firmware on printer was updated also. All devices have current iOS software. Need to be able to print from the new iPad for work. Any other suggestions?

For the benefit of clarity, if you have a VPN App or profile installed - even if deactivated - this can interfere with your iPad's network stack and can cause difficulties.

If either remain on your iPad, ensure that they are fully removed from the iPad - and then perform a forced restart of the iPad/iPhone:

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If the problem persists, reset the device network settings:

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad | iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings

There is no VPN on the iPad and no security software.

Do you have any security Apps (such as Norton) or VPN installed on your iPad? If so, these may be interfering with your iPad's internal routing table - and may interfere with AirPrint/AirPlay/WiFi Hotspot or other Apple services. If present, it may be necessary to temporarily remove such Apps from your iPad - and then perform a forced-restart.
