The apps ask to restore my iphone to factory settings when its connected. Why its need to restore to factory? Maybe I missing some step? This is my first time on apple system I've just switched from android. any help would be appreciate. Best regards.

What are you trying to do with your iPhone?
Is your phone working normally? If it isn’t this is how to fix it. If it is working normally, restart Windows, then disable any antivirus or firewall apps before connecting the iPhone.
