iPad Pro shuts down after battery replacement
After getting battery replaced my ipad shuts down after 3 minutes & reboots to the Apple logo constantly.

As Apple usually exchange an iPad in lieu of a battery replacement, your post implies that a third-party has attempted to change the battery. You will need to seek assistance from whoever performed the battery change - as the replacement battery is likely to be defective.
