TikTok not working in Thailand despite correct region settings

my tiktok stopped working even tho i’m not in the US. i live in Phuket, Thailand, my region set to Thailand. i can’t watch videos, my messages don’t send. my network is stable and all the apps work except for tiktok. when i try to report a problem in the app it shows an error (screenshot 1). all the videos sent from my friends to me appear to be unavailable to watch as well.
