How many charge cycles is your iPhone at? Your iPhone 15 is expected to drop about 1% battery health for every 50 charge cycles, and the decline isn’t always linear. Even though your battery health declined 4% in a few days, it’s very possible that it didn’t drop any percent the many months before or won’t for the many months to come. Back to what I said about the non-linear decline.

Keep in mind, all rechargeable lithium batteries chemically degrade over time. When your battery health reaches 80%, have the battery replaced.

How long have you had your iPhone 15. The only details that matter for your Maximum Capacity are the Charge Cycles and how long you have had the device. Nothing about a drop in a short period of time is relevant.

For a battery that is draining quickly, post the screenshot of your Battery Usage in Settings that shows the last 24 hours by Apps. This will identify any power hungry apps, then you will be able to test the performance without them. Meta apps have been notorious for high battery consumption even when you are not using the apps.

226 divided by 50 = 4.5 and your iPhone rounds your battery health down to the nearest tenth, so you should be at a 5% battery health decline. But instead your iPhone battery health has only declined 4%, so your battery is in fact ahead. Also don’t keep worrying about your battery health, it will stress you out.

And your battery usage looks great as well. You are getting at least 16 hours between charges, so there is nothing to complain about. It is reported that YouTube is being used over a quarter of that time, so that should be expected. WhatsApp does use Background Processes to consume your Battery when not using the app, but it does not appear to be excessive.

All you need to do is make sure you are using Optimized Charging and charge your phone all night every night.
