Seamless Journaling with Apple Journal App on Mac

I am a new switcher from Andriod to Apple. I just started using Mac first then Iphone. I find them so seamless and smooth. I just found out a very good app called 'Journal' on my iphone and I fell in love with journaling. I also want edit seamlessly and cooperatively with my mac and iphone like other Apple apps.

Could we possibly have a chance to get this Journal app on mac as I can't currently find it.
