Can I reset Parental Controls on my iPhone 12?

During initial set up of my iPhone, I input The wrong birthdate now my phone thinks I’m a minor has parental Controls enabled

Age settings and parental controls I discovered my teen had their birthdate set as an adult when I tried to set up parental controls. We changed it on his device in Settings, but it continues to show up at “adult” in my Family Share. Does anyone know if it just takes time to update, or is there another place we need to update it? Is there a way for me to prevent him changing it in the future?

Getting the date of birth wrong on your Apple Account and also getting Parental Controls enabled would be unusual confluence of accidents, yes.
