This should be interesting, my hope is I am missing a blatant obvious. I recently discovered call forwarding was turned on my iPhone 13+ I didn’t turn it on, I follow instructions to turn it off, I don’t even have the option to turn it on or to turn it off and again I hope I am missing the obvious? Anyone please advise due to the Apple community.

Contact your cellular carrier customer support. In North America you can dial 611 to contact them.
