Apple Podcasts lack of Video.

The podcast app from Apple is one of the best when it comes to consuming podcasts, however, almost none of the mainstream podcasts have video support. I mean, it really makes a difference, when you can just open up the App for that one section where something being discussed is being displayed. I am finding it more and more frustrating to follow my favorite podcasts via Apple Podcasts, when I can just consume the same via YouTube or Spotify. I am an Apple Music Subscriber and prefer my music and podcasts stay separate, however as of late I am tempted to jump ship to YouTube or Spotify. Would Apple ever make it easier to release video on Apple Podcasts?
