My work macbook is signed into with my work apple id. Can I use my apple id to listen to my music?
Can I sign into my music account on my work computer? I miss my playlists. Thanks for any help.

That would be a question for the IT department at your office.
Do they allow personal Apple IDs on their devices?
If you are subscribed to the Apple Music service, you can go to the https://music.apple.com website on any browser and log in with your account there without disrupting the Mac.
If personal Apple IDs are allowed, then you should be able to open the Account menu in the Music App, and log in with your Apple ID there.
