iPhone 7 Plus disabled connect to itunes

I don't have a computer to connect to iTunes and not in iCloud. I just want to factory reset my phone to start using it again

If it is displaying that message, it is going to take the help of a computer to reset the phone. Note that although the message refers to iTunes, the actual program varies depending on what computer and operating system you have. E.g., on a Mac running Catalina or later, there is no iTunes application, and you would use iPhone management tools built into the Finder.
