I am moving from my old iphone company phone to new iphone. I am not getting option of iphone to iphone transfer. Please help how can I transfer data from old iphone to new iphone?

If this is a company iPhone, have you tried contacting your IT department? They have likely put restrictions in place.
If the IT guys and girls set up the old phone with a MDM Profile that would explain why you won't be able to transfer data from the old phone to a new phone.
Any way for you to check on that?
