iPhone 16 opening PDF and GIF file is problem

I can't open certain PDF and GIF/JPEG files in iPhone 16 pro (IOS 18.2.1). These files easily opens in iPhone 15. Any solution??

I called Apple for this they also verified the problem and I was told they received the similar complaint from other user and it will get fix in the new software release ISO 18.2.1, which didn't solve the problem.

This is very disturbing since I can't open the files; I have log in to my PC and review from there. During travailing I can't open the file which is very annoying after paying $900-$1200 for a phone.
