My iPhone 16 isn't ringing on outgoing calls

When I'm making an outgoing call, I don't hear the phone ringing. I can hear when someone answers the phone or a message system picks up, but I don't hear the ring.

That sound you hear when calling someone is called a ringback tone and is controlled by your carrier. Contact them for help with this.
