If you are in the United States, you don't.

The United States government has banned TikTok. In compliance with the law, Apple and Google have removed the TikTok app from their U.S. app stores.

There is talk that Trump wants to repeal the ban, but this is just talk. The ban remains in effect and it will likely take an act of Congress to repeal it.
