Unable to get into Privacy settings on my iPhone 12 and I wonder why it has disappeared

I have looked at answers on line but still unable to find

When I open settings looking for Privacy/security it had disappeared off my iPhone 13

By chance.......when you tap on Settings........is [Your Name] at the top of the window "grayed out"?

It shouldn't be.....but it might be.

Amazing just checked again my name is now showing & Priv & Security!!! What would cause it to vanish!!! By the way thx for yr help !
