The fines that both Google and Apple face for allowing the App in their App Stores have NOT been lifted.

Until that happens, you can continue to use any previously downloaded version or use Safari to access TikTok on the web. Those fines were enacted by Congress and approved by the Supreme Court and there has not been any change on that front. When it could be made available again is pure speculations and speculating is not allowed on this Support Site.

Sorry, that is not Apple's choice. It is your Congressional Representatives that passed the law placing fines on both Google and Apple for allowing it in the App Store. The Supreme Court also upheld the law. That is why it is not available in the Google Play store either. Contact your Congressional Representatives for more information.

It has not been un-banned.

POTUS issued a 75 day extension allowed by the law passed by congress and signed by the previous POTUS that gives ByteDance extra time to find a non-Chinese buyer. That does not reverse the ban on distributing the apps in app stores.

If they do not comply by the time the extension expires, it will be blocked entirely in the US.

Changing that will require an act of Congress.
