Fortnite is not available in the Apple App Store in the United States due to ongoing legal and regulatory disputes between Epic Games and Apple.

To play Fortnite you must download the game installer from Epic's website.

To be able to download the game installer, you must live in the EU.

Nothing new there, that has been the case for the last 3 years.
