Unable to re-download TikTok from App Store

my friend and me are hanging out we go to tt on her phone and it says it’s back in the US but i’m confused why it isn’t on the app store

It is unknown by the users here if or when the app might be restored to the App Store.

Not only the App Store, but also the Google Play Store. Nothing to be confused about and when it would return is purely speculation.
