Unable to re-install TikTok on iPhone

I don’t understand why I can’t download TikTok again if the ban is gone for now and it’s working for people who didn’t delete it I’m just irritated because it was done for a couple of hours then worked again and yet I still can’t redownload it.

Why cant i redownload tiktok after the un baned? i deleted tiktok after the banned happened as i figured it was going to be a while until we got it back. But it got unbanned earlier. And yet it is still not letting me redownload it. This is so aggravating.
